Sweet garlic chili sauce and hot honey glazed pork tenderloin is served topped with refreshing mango salsa.  Shaved brussel sprouts are cooked in a few pieces of smoky pancetta and the meal is topped off with a side of cayenne rubbed red potatoes and peppers.

Directions:

Pork- could serve room temp but if you want it to be warmed place in a 300 oven in the foil for 10 mins or so to ensure that it stays juicy.

Brussel Sprouts need to be put back on the stove for a few minutes to finish off cooking. I got them almost there but didn’t want them to get overcooked.

Peppers and potatoes can be heated in the microwave or crisped up again for a minute on the stove top.
