Century Farm beef is sautéed and added to a pot with rich beef stock, mixed vegetables, Yukon gold potatoes and tomato paste and then simmered for a few hours until all the flavors come together in this satisfying soup. My favorite tried and true scone recipe is dotted with Cabot sharp white cheddar and fresh chives and baked up fluffy and delicious.

To reheat- microwave the soup and place the scones in the oven for a few minutes to warm.
