8 ounce chicken breasts are browned in a skillet and then finished in the oven with a sauce of white wine, garlic, lemon juice, olives and fresh thyme. Served with a fresh tomato and asparagus couscous salad with lemon, olive oil and fresh parsley.

Directions: Salad can just be taken out of the fridge a bit before eating to take the chill off and stirred and enjoyed. Serving size is one oversized cup.  The chicken can be reheated in a pan with the juices or for a minute in the microwave to be sure to not further cook it. 1/2 a breast would cut the points by 3 for a total of 8 Pts.
