Plant based Italian sausage is sautéed with onions, garlic, carrot and celery until softened. Tomatoes, tomato sauce, fresh rosemary, thyme, parsley and vegetable stock is then added along with kidney and white beans and cooked until all the flavors have married. gluten free brown rice elbow macaroni is added at the end to make this a complete meal in one bowl!
