Turkey Meatballs with grated zuchini, fresh oregano, and garlic are topped with yummy Tzatziki sauce and served beside a fresh tomato and cucumber salad, and grilled zucchini with Feta and Pistachios. Joe’s healthy Pitas make it a great Gyro sandwich!

Directions:

Reheat the meatballs in the microwave while you warm the Pita on the stove.  In a small pan spray with cooking spray and add the zucchini for a minute or so to reheat then add it to the plate and sprinkle with Feta and Pistachios if you want.

Meatballs are 1 point for 4 with the new system :), salad is 0 points, zucchini is 1 point since there was olive oil in the marinade, and add 1 point if you garnish with the feta and nuts, sauce is 0 points, Pita is 1 point
