This meal is great room temperature or warm. Perfect for lunch or light dinner. Chicken tenderloins are marinated in curry, soy sauce, fresh ginger and garlic and then grilled to perfection. Served on a  bed of rice noodles that have been tossed in Peanut sauce, carrots, cucumbers, and fresh mint, basil and cilantro.

Each serving is 3 ounces of Chicken, 1 cup of Rice Noodles and 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Sauce.
