Fresh salmon filets are marinated in orange juice, white wine, cracked pepper and little brown sugar and then roasted to a caramelized perfection! Served with russet potatoes mashed with almond milk and a little butter and garlic. Broccoli and Asparagus are tossed in olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and roasted, and then topped with a zest of fresh lemon to finish.

To Reheat- simply reheat all in the microwave, and enjoy!
