Mulitcolored peppers, sweet onion and chicken breasts are all sliced thinly and sautéed with a blend of garlic and Fajita seasonings. Black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion and yellow pepper are all mixed together and dressed with a chili lime dressing and marinated as a fresh side to the tacos.

To serve: reheat the chicken/onion/pepper mixture and warm the tortillas. Add the fajita mixture and serve with a side of the cool and refreshing black bean salad.
