garlic, onions, artichokes and julienned sun dried tomatoes are sautéed in the herb infused sun dried tomato oil, and then added to the cooked penne pasta. Fresh spinach is added to a light creamy sauce of chicken stock and milk until wilted and then it is all poured over the pasta mixture and finished with grated parmesan cheese. Overnight Italian seasoned marinated plum chicken breasts are grilled until juicy and then sliced and added to the pasta. Mixed greens, heirloom cherry tomatoes and English cucumber are tossed together and waiting for a homemade lemon dressing to be added before serving.

To Reheat: just microwave the pasta and add some dressing to the salad and toss until completely dressed, serve and enjoy!!
