Fresh Salmon, tricolored quinoa and fresh kale are brought together with dijon mustard and old bay seasoning and then pan fried for a delicious burger. Serve on top of the grapefruit studded mixed greens with champagne dressing, and add a few baby roasted carrots for a colorful and nutritious dinner or lunch.


Directions: to reheat burger place in a hot pan coated with cooking spray and warm up about 1 min each side.  To reheat Carrots, place on a sheet pan and reheat or just microwave for 30 seconds and enjoy.
