Who needs a bun when you have the robust flavors of lean ground turkey, zucchini, oregano and Feta cheese in a burger sitting on top of a classic greek salad of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, and red onion and finished with a generous dollop of homemade Tzatziki sauce.

Directions

Grill the turkey Burgers for approximately 5 minutes per side. Be sure to leave them alone for the 5 minutes so that when you flip them them will not stick. If you like grill the pita bread at the same time for just a minute or two to warm and cut into triangles. The pita will add a few points but he meal is so low in points that it is a nice addition to the meal. Toss the mixed greens with the red wine vinegar/olive oil marinated veggies,  and plate a generous serving.  Crumble 1 Tablespoon of feta cheese per plate. Place the cooked burger on top and garnish with 2 tablespoons of Tzatziki sauce.
