YOU DID A FABULOUS JOB! I cannot believe that it turned out even better than
the picture I gave you. It was so beautiful that people remarked more about the
cake than me. YES! I actually had to fight the cake for the spotlight. My
photographer has asked for your contact information so that she can pass on to
other brides. I can't thank you enough! You were a dream to work with and
created something more beautiful than I could imagine. I was able to take a peek
at the cake right before the ceremony and there is a picture of my reaction that
I will be sure to send. Again, thank you soooo much! You Rock! - and I will
tell all my friends.

Your cakes were a HUGE hit! Not only were they perfect (the fondant dots were
exceptional), they tasted incredible as well. People that don't even like cake
were coming back for seconds. My husband doesn't care for sweets or sweet icing
but he really enjoyed the cake the day of the party and the day after! Thanks so

Alison - I had the privilege of tasting one of your cakes this past Saturday
evening. What can I say . WOW WOW WOW. There was no question the cake would
be gorgeous (as evidenced by the beautiful samples on the Internet), but now I
can say from personal experience that it was the best cake I've ever tasted.
It was so rich and flavorful and moist; it melted in my mouth.
P.S. Don't tell my mom, because both her and my grandmother decorated cakes
for many years... and until now I've always believed they made the best cakes
ever!

You have no idea what a hit your delicious food was yesterday!!!!!! We had 14 for lunch, and when I tell you that there was NOTHING left but about a cupfull of rice, I am serious! The birthday cake was totally incredible!!! We all agreed it was the yummiest cake ever, and my 16 year old nephew asked me if I would have you make him one on his birthday. Just thought I would make your day by telling you that you made 14 people in Mississippi on the ugliest (weather-wise) Easter Sunday very happy. We are all fat and fine!!! Daddy said that he didn't mind being 90 after that cake!

My kids loved the picnic theme. It was a lot of fun. The adults also loved it. My brother got a kick out of the party hat. My sister-in-law, who is a food scientist at Kraft, kept mentioning how tasty it was. And my cousin wants me to give her your name and number. Everyone (and there were about 12 people there) said it was the best tasting cake they can remember and they were very impressed with the design and ingredients (the women kept mentioning the ingredients ... I just know it looked great and tasted great). Thanks for doing a wonderful job!

Alison's cakes are fabulous! You can't adequately describe Alison as a baker alone....she is truly a designer. I have given Alison several challenging cake assignments with little direction and she uses her creativity to surprise me with a "masterpiece." While her cakes look almost too good to eat, nobody can ever resist her tempting signature fillings!
